01How long does a film take?
About 10–15 minutes. Your film page updates live as CrossLoop reads your site, writes the script, records the voiceover and renders. You can close the tab and come back.
02What formats do I get?
Three videos (16:9 landscape, 9:16 vertical and 4:5 portrait) with a natural voiceover and on-screen titles, a captions file (.srt), and ready-to-post LinkedIn and Instagram copy.
03How much does it cost?
One-time credit packs: $19 for 1 film, $49 for 5, or $129 for 20. One credit makes one film, credits never expire and there is no subscription. New accounts get one spin of the wheel for up to 90% off a Single film.
04Can I edit the film?
There is no editor inside CrossLoop. You download the three video files and the captions file, so you can trim or add to them in any video editor. You can also make a fresh film from the same URL, which uses 1 credit.
05Can I get a refund?
You get a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase: email hs@crossloop.si within 7 days and we refund 100% of that pack, and its credits are removed from your balance. If a film fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
06What kind of website works?
Any public web page: a homepage, product page, pricing page or launch post. Pages behind a login, localhost and private network addresses can’t be used.
07Who owns the video?
You do. You own the films made from your pages and can use them anywhere. Films are kept for 30 days, so download the ones you want to keep.
08What happens to my data?
We keep your email, the URLs you submit and the films we make. What we read from your site is used only to make your own film, films are deleted after 30 days, and we never sell your data. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so we never see your card number.
